antares is a reality: IBSA Italy opens the doors to its new headquarters

Marks the opening of antares, the new headquarters of IBSA Italy: "a new home," but also a significant milestone that underlines a key stage in the company's ongoing journey of innovation.

The inauguration is the result of an important redevelopment project of the Lodi headquarters and its surrounding areas, covering a total area of 12,200 square meters. IBSA has invested 17 million euros in this project, designed to reshape environments tailored for employees in an area that includes offices, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. The goal is to enhance the uniqueness of each individual and promote well-being, equipping the facility with the most advanced standards in terms of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

The project is part of the broader message “Close to you” a true manifesto of IBSA's commitment to creating value day by day, launched in 2021 during the inauguration of cosmos, IBSA's largest production site in Lugano. While the impact of a company like IBSA is felt daily within the community, antares represents the clear expression of a vision driven by three core values: innovation, beauty, and sustainability. These are not just abstract concepts, but real guiding principles that take shape in every corner of the new headquarters.

Innovation is the engine that drives constant improvement, creating a modern and functional work environment. antares offers more efficient spaces, with over a 40% increase in auxiliary areas dedicated to supporting daily activities, through solutions designed to enhance workplace well-being and foster the creation of new jobs.

Beauty is understood as harmony between aesthetics and practicality, comfort and design. The new headquarters is not only a place of work but also a space where people can express themselves at their best, in an inviting and inspiring environment.

Sustainability serves as the guiding principle in transforming the spaces. IBSA has completely redesigned and rethought both the internal and external environments to make them state-of-the-art in terms of energy, efficiency and environmental respect.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by President Arturo Licenziati, the IBSA management team, local and regional authorities, and many guests, once again highlighting the significance of this new chapter in the history of IBSA Italy and the surrounding area.
