IBSA intensifies its commitment in the world of sport

For the 2023/2024 season, IBSA Italy has reaffirmed its commitment to the world of sports alongside its long-standing partners, with a significant new development.

In addition to being medical sponsor of the Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) and title sponsor of its Next Gen, back jersey sponsor of the Zebre Rugby, sponsor of Giulia Gabbrielleschi, a swimmer specialized in open water, a new and highly prestigious collaboration has begun with the Italian Basketball Federation (FIP). As of August, IBSA is the new main sponsor of FIP, alongside ITA Airways, and its brand will be featured on the back of the jerseys of all the men’s and women’s national basketball teams, both senior and junior, until 2026.
 

The agreement with FIP was announced in a press conference in the presence of FIP's President Gianni Petrucci, coinciding with the year of the FIBA World Cup, an event of great visibility that allowed the IBSA brand to expand beyond the national borders of basketball, reaching a global audience.

Since 2018, the year in which IBSA began its sports sponsorships, partnerships have grown and evolved, solidifying the company's presence in this sector alongside entities that best embody the values that IBSA shares with the world of sports. Basketball, rugby and swimming, indeed provide the perfect setting to promote dedication, teamwork, respect, and passion that are at the heart of IBSA's culture and philosophy.
