TRACE: a global meeting point for advanced training and “Made in IBSA” innovation

TRACE

Training as a driver of excellence and progress: with trace, the new Training Center of Excellence, IBSA inaugurates a space dedicated to professional growth and interaction among experts, consolidating its international vocation and the centrality of the Person.

Located in antares, IBSA Italy’s new Lodi headquarters, trace is adjacent to the facilities where hyaluronic acid and orodispersible films (ODFs) are produced. This is the company’s first proprietary centre dedicated to high-level training, bridging the gap between IBSA and its stakeholders.

Designed to meet the needs of a wide range of participants – from doctors and nurses, to other stakeholders beyond the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector – trace aspires to become a reference point for training, exchange and updates.

A TRAINING PLATFORM AND MUCH MORE

TRACE

The name trace – an acronym for Training Center of Excellence – was chosen for its simplicity and immediacy, reflecting the centre’s mission: to create an international platform that transcends the traditional boundaries of medical training, showing its commitment in a concrete and transparent manner.

Initially focused on the osteoarticular, aesthetic medicine and urology areas, trace is designed to evolve and host a variety of events, including training sessions, symposiums and meetings with both the press and various stakeholders.

As highlighted by Luca Crippa, Chief Commercial Officer at IBSA: “Just a few kilometres from Milan and close to our headquarters in Lugano, we are proud to inaugurate trace, an international centre for training and scientific innovation. With trace, we commit to further supporting healthcare professionals by offering concrete added value that fully embodies the word ‘innovation’ and helps improve skills and knowledge for the benefit of patients”.

A PROJECT IN LINE WITH THE “CARING INNOVATION” PRINCIPLE

TRACE

IBSA has been active for years in the field of medical education through various training programmes dedicated to specific therapeutic areas. With trace, this vision expands further.

The new centre of excellence, in fact, aims to increase scientific knowledge and develop a constructive dialogue, promoting a culture of high-level training and reaffirming the company’s desire to contribute in a concrete way to scientific progress, in line with its Caring Innovation philosophy.

With trace, IBSA aligns itself with major pharmaceutical companies, equipping itself with a proprietary centre that underscores the importance of training as a strategic pillar. Such significance is also well reflected in the logo, which features a touch of red to signify warmth and humanity, and interconnected letters which form the infinity symbol, emphasising that continuous training and exchange are never-ending.
