The expansion works of the IBSA production plant in Cassina de' Pecchi have recently been completed, with a total investment of 6 million euros to support the company’s innovation and growth at international level. The expansion of the site, which now covers a total area of 20,500 square meters, marks a decisive stage in the company’s industrial development, which has seen a strong acceleration also thanks to the entry of IBSA food supplements into the US market. A significant growth confirmed by the financial results, which in 2023 saw an increase in IBSA Italy’s turnover of 16.2% compared to 2022, consolidating the success already achieved in the previous three years.
The production plant in Cassina de' Pecchi has been extended with a new facility dedicated to secondary packaging of orodispersible films (ODF) for the nutraceutical market, It will increase ODF production from 40 million units to 100 million units by 2025.
